1. TO ENTER: Complete and submit an online entry form including name, complete address, name of affiliated union, daytime phone number and e-mail address. Sponsor not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or improperly received for any reason including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere are not eligible. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry. Electronic entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. “ Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address not later than July 6, 2002, by an Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise attempting to defraud Sponsor. All telephone and Internet entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PST on the last day of each month.
2. WINNER SELECTION: There will be a drawing on the 1st of every month starting 02/01/06. Non-winning entries in any drawing will be rolled into and are eligible for any subsequent drawings.
3. PRIZES: Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions allowed except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. 5. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the U.S., 21 years of age or older at time of entry who are members of a union affiliated with the AFL-CIO. Sweepstakes not open to any such employees and their immediate families of Union Privilege ®, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and printers.
